1. About us
Juvenile Race Analytics ("we", "us") is run by Alexandru Albu, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, at juvenileraceanalytics.com.
2. What we provide
A horse racing analysis service for UK and Irish racing: racecards with a score for every runner, our picks with the reasons for and against, fair prices, horse profiles, and a record of every pick we have published.
We are an information service only. We do not take bets or act as a bookmaker. Everything on the site is for information and entertainment, and you must be 18 or over to use it.
3. Membership and free trial
The landing page, the record and one race each day are free. Everything else needs a membership at £9.99 a month, billed monthly in advance and renewing automatically until you cancel.
New members get a 14-day free trial, once per person. You won't be charged if you cancel before it ends. You can cancel at any time from your account page; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We don't refund part months.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. By subscribing you authorise a recurring monthly charge.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, redistribute or commercially use our content without written permission;
- scrape, copy or systematically extract data from the site;
- share your account with others;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
6. No guarantees
Racing is uncertain. Our scores, picks and prices come from a statistical model; they are not guarantees, and past results do not guarantee future ones. We accept no responsibility for losses from betting.
Please gamble responsibly. If you are worried about your gambling, visit BeGambleAware.org.
7. Our content
The content on this site, including the scores, picks, write-ups and design, belongs to Juvenile Race Analytics. Please don't reproduce it without permission.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will email members about any important change before it takes effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
